Shipping Methods and Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order value and destination. Orders over $100 qualify for free standard shipping (within the United States).

Processing time for all orders is 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected at checkout.
Tracking Information
After placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your package has been shipped.
Customs and Import Taxes
International customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes applied to their order upon arrival in their country.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team at support@fabricaclothes.com within 7 days of the delivery date.
We will investigate and offer a resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery if the following conditions are met:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
- Final sale items, undergarments, and customized products are non-returnable.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, email returns@fabricaclothes.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once your return is authorized, you will receive detailed instructions along with a return shipping label (if applicable).
Refund Timelines
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges Policy
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
